Oxford Learning Grande Prairie is looking for the following teachers: Elementary/Junior High Learning Gurus

At Oxford Learning, you will enjoy just teaching - no lesson plans! We will train you in our innovative Interactive Coaching methods that teach students how to learn and study more effectively. If you know you can make a difference, then we want you on our team.

Our teachers:

• Teach using unique cognitive-based methods
• Build intrinsic motivation in our students and make it matter
• Establish a fun learning environment
• Work with 3 students at a time. They multi-task like no one else can!

We require:

• A commitment until the end of December 2012
• Previous teaching/tutoring experience, or pertinent experience
• Preference will be given to teachers comfortable in ALL grade levels and experience with french or math
• Some post-secondary education
• Clean Criminal Records/Vulnerable Sector Check
• Current first aid certification
• Available for a minimum of 2-4 nights/week from 4-8 & possibly Saturday mornings
• A dynamic, energetic and outgoing personality!
