Part-time Education Coordinator - Coquitlam, BC

Our team is looking for an individual who can support the Education Director in delivery of all education programs in our growing Learning Centre.

The selected individual will be required to assist the Education Director with:

• Supervising and supporting the teaching staff on an ongoing basis;
• Conducting comprehensive cognitive and academic skill assessments of students entering our programs;
• Ensuring a vibrant and active Centre through retaining students and enrolling new families;
• Provide student tutoring, when needed;
• Meet regularly with parents of students to build professional relationships while providing updates on student progress;
• Keep student files, attendance records and curriculum material highly organized and easily accessible;

The ideal candidate has a perfect blend of education and business savvy. This person has great follow through skills, is highly motivated, very enthusiastic, dynamic, responsible, creative, innovative and adaptable. A high-energy self-starter with relevant educational experience and the drive to help us grow our business and reach more kids!

Part-time French Teacher - Coquitlam, BC

We have an immediate opening for an upbeat, dynamic French teacher who wants to work in a challenging and rewarding teaching environment.

Candidates must possess a strong background in spoken and written French and English, and be comfortable teaching up to a Grade 9 level in French. Ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in French and English and have experience working with children. It is important to have a passion for teaching and enjoy working in a learning environment. Applicant will need to have a bachelor’s degree and be prepared to teach both French and English.

Our Teaching hours are after-school, Monday through Thursday.

The interview will be conducted in English and French
