A few words from parents like you…

“I truly believe Taylor would have given up on school if we had not found Oxford Learning! She thinks of Oxford Learning as part of the family, I think of Oxford Learning as her guardian angels - I trusted you all with her future and each one of the Oxford Learning team has taken that personally. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

-Cindy, mother of Taylor, Gr. 11, after Taylor made Honour Roll for Grade 10

“Hi Danielle,

You have no idea how much Lisa appreciated your attendance last night at the Academic Awards Night! Thank you to you and Alison for coming. And also thank you for the sunflowers. Lisa's face just lit up when she opened them.

Lisa is very fortunate to have you and Vicky and Alison encouraging her academic success. She looks up to the three of you and also the rest of your staff, and without your support, Lisa would not have been invited to last night's ceremony.

Thank you so much”

-Lorraine, mother of Lisa, Gr. 12, who made Honour roll for Grade 11

Dear Danielle:

We wanted to let you know how extremely pleased we are with both Laura and Robert’s academic progress since their enrolment at Oxford Learning Centre.

As parents, we have always strived to support our children through a healthy and responsive home learning environment. However, despite our best efforts, there were obstacles to their success that we just couldn’t identify. Oxford Learning Centre helped us with that and put our children on the road to success.

In particular, we have found the individual assessment tool utilized by your team to be the determining factor. Imagine our surprise (and relief) when you told us that our children learned differently and the approach used at home may not be reaching them. We were thrilled to learn through the assessment that we needed to tailor our approach to maximize their own personal learning styles.

We are grateful that Oxford Learning Centre recognizes the uniqueness in every child, and helps to facilitate a path to success specifically tailored for each of them.

As a result of Oxford Learning Centre and your committed staff, both Robert and Laura feel more confident in their ability to do their classroom work. Their academic achievements certainly reflect this.

In closing, you should know that on various occasions, Robert has told us that his time at Oxford Learning Centre just happened to be the best part of his day. It doesn’t get much better than that. You should be very proud; we certainly are.

Thank you for being our partner in learning.

Our Programs

R.E.A.D Elite Ages 3-6

Children enjoy a balance of play, exploration, and discovery in a structured environment. Our individualized programs are a fun way to enhance cognitive skill development, in a caring environment and small classroom setting. The early learning years are irreplaceable, and it is never too early for children to get ahead!

Beyond Tutoring Grades 1-8

Students will follow individualized programs based on the results of their assessments. Our individualized programs have helped thousands of students improve their grades and build confidence and self-esteem. Let us help your child learn to think, focus, and get motivated—skills for a lifetime of success.

Advantage High School Success Grades 9-12

Take advantage of our program to help students tackle problem areas this school year and prepare for next year and beyond. High school means crunch time and we work to bridge any existing academic gaps while teaching effective organization and study strategies. Because the development of good high school study skills is not something that students are formally taught at school, we include it as an important element of our curriculum. These in-class strategies reduce stress and help students focus on success in high school and post-secondary school!

En Français Programs All Ages

We teach French to students of all ages and abilities. Whether French First Language, Immersion, or taking introductory classes, we can help! Learn French skills as well as other learning skills that will not only help with French, but all subjects!

Our college and university readiness programs don’t just help students cram for entrance exams; they help students prepare for ongoing post-secondary success!
