Education Director Full-Time - Toronto, ON

This position requires managing all aspects of operations to ensure program success and to facilitate business growth.

Core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supervision and ongoing training of all teaching staff
  • Enrolling new students
  • Assessing and program planning for all new students
  • Teaching of students at various grade levels
  • Initiating and implementing local marketing strategies
  • Various administrative tasks

A strong candidate for this position will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in working with children in an educational setting
  • Business experience in sales/marketing and management

Part-Time Teacher - Toronto (High Park), ON

Oxford Learning High Park is looking for part-time teachers for our elementary and high school programs. Our teachers are passionate about education and the Oxford Learning program, dedicated to their students and helping them achieve success, and they possess energy and enthusiasm that spread to each and every one of our students! Do you belong on our team?

Candidates must be available Monday to Thursday evenings (4 to 8 pm) and Saturdays (9 am to 3 pm), and must be able to commit until the end of the school year (June 2009).

A strong candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong language skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Experience teaching or working with children
  • Knowledge in French (ability to work with students up to grade 8)
  • Knowledge of High School Math and Science is an asset
