Center Director - Fort Worth, TX - Full Time (salary, bonus)

Center Director candidates should have a successful track record in at least two of these three areas: management/leadership, sales/marketing, and K-12 education.

The Center Director is accountable for all aspects of the operation of the center. Responsibilities include conducting enrollment conferences, conducting parent conferences, hiring, training/development, teaching students and supervising instruction, maintaining high instructional quality, instilling proper teaching methodology, administering and supervising diagnostic assessments, converting inquiries into enrollments, conferring with students' classroom teachers, attending team meetings in our students' schools, supervising the scheduling of students and instructors, building enrollment, effectively communicating student progress to clients, driving tuition revenue growth, and expense control.

A successful learning center director is typically a relationship builder, a decision maker, ambitious, intelligent, a leader, empathetic, assertive, an excellent listener, high energy, and self-confident.
