Education Coordinator/Director - The Woodlands, TX

Under the guidance of the Center Director, lead the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing learning center using Oxford Learning’s system and methodology; responsible for selling services and delivering superior customer service experience.

Conduct, evaluate and present student dynamic assessments to parents; prepare student lesson plans; model interactive coaching principles, coach students, train and coach part-time teachers in successful coaching techniques; review student progress with parents; prepare written progress reports for parents; prepare daily teacher-coach/student attendance schedules; monitor/take accurate attendance; maintain comprehensive/accurate client and student records using Oxford MIS/CRM; develop relationships with school district teachers/educators, educational groups/professionals/associations, PTA/PTO, business and community leaders; participate in staff hiring/termination decisions; be flexible and open to change.

Passion for children and learning; ability to connect with students, parents and staff; positive attitude; excellent verbal/ written communication skills; customer-service and sales driven; high energy level; ability to multi-task; flexible; team player; teaching experience with certificate preferred; attention to detail; highly organized; outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to lead and manage; computer/internet/texting skills.

Assessment and child/parent counseling preferred.
