Oxford Learning Victoria is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our teaching team. Oxford programs impart new approaches to learning, designed to last a lifetime. We teach children from pre-school to post-secondary levels how to learn, concentrate, listen, and remember. Most importantly, we help students believe in themselves. We offer flexible schedules that can accommodate your hectic schedule. Our Teachers work anywhere between 3-15 hours a week. The selected candidate will:
    • Be extremely organized, personable, friendly, out-going, creative, confident, and energetic
    • Establish and maintain a fun learning environment
    • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, proactive attitude
    • Be professional, and willing to teach within the Oxford Learning philosophy
    • Be open to giving and receiving feedback
    • Be willing to make a one year commitment

    • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
    • Strong language and communication skills, including written and oral communication
    • Flexibility in availability including daytime, early evenings, and weekends if needed

We know why you want to work in education, and we offer the opportunity to reach every single family who comes through our door. Oxford Learning Victoria is looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Director with strong people skills to assist in the day-to-day management of our busy centre. Oxford programs impart new approaches to learning, designed to last a lifetime. We teach children from pre-school to post-secondary levels how to learn, concentrate, listen, and remember. But most importantly to believe in themselves. Our Education Director is an academic superhero: helping kids of all ages get better grades. He or she is an integral part of a team that helps students achieve academic success. Our Education Director must be able to work evenings and Saturday mornings, and be willing to be comprehensively trained in our systems, methodologies, and approach. Hours and days of work can be extremely flexible, as is mutually convenient. Our Education Director works 16-20 hours per week, and compensation is commensurate with experience. Overtime may be required in peak seasons; time off will be granted in lieu. Additional hours are available pending performance and a 3-month probationary period. The selected candidate will:
    • Be personable, friendly, out-going, creative, confident, and energetic
    • Be comfortable working with minimal supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
    • Get up to speed quickly
    • Have excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
    • Assist in the creation and monitoring of individualized programs
    • Learn to administer and interpret our dynamic cognitive and academic assessments
    • Efficiently maintain accurate records
    • Meet with families to regularly review progress
    • Greet children and parents in a friendly and professional manner

    • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
    • 3-5 years administrative experience in a supervisory role
    • A master in multi-tasking while maintaining consistency
    • A natural leader and team motivator
    • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, passion, initiative, motivation, and resourcefulness
    • Exceptional communication skills
