What Parents & Students Are Saying
I wanted you guys to know that Jack did great on his ISP and his final exam for Data! He went from failing the course to passing it and is able to graduate grade 12! I couldn’t be more thankful to you guys, and especially his teacher, Nima, for being so flexible and helping him in so many ways. I have another son who is going into grade 11 and is also having some challenges in math, so we plan on enrolling him in for some help next year. Nima has a great way with the kids and makes them feel very comfortable and not ‘dumb’ about struggling with their school work. That is a gift! Thank you again to your entire staff, I am happy to refer anyone to your centre! -Kelly

"Our experience with Oxford Learning Burlington has been very positive and rewarding! Our son, Nicholas has benefitted 100% by attending classes every week. Oxford Learning has given Nicholas the ability and confidence to work independently with more assurance of himself, and we owe that to the Burlington team. He always looks forward to his classes, the teachers are very approachable and ALWAYS willing to help and Anne-Marie and Meaghan go out of their way to insure that Nicholas (and all of the students) get the best program for their needs and always get a boost of confidence every time they come in for a class. Thank you so much, Oxford Learning Burlington for a wonderful year! Sincerely, Monika

I was absolutely thrilled with the results my son achieved at his Oxford Learning program. When he went for his assessment at the end of Grade 5 he was assessed at a Grade 1 French level. With the help of his amazing Oxford Learning teacher, he has completely caught up to his classmates! Oxford Learning gave him the small group teaching model he so desperately needed, and has boosted not only his marks but his confidence as well. Thank you all so very much! -Peggy

"I really enjoy going to Oxford Learning. I have made lots of friends here and had some of my favourite teachers. My favourite teacher is Miss. Kelsey! Through my time at Oxford Learning I have learned so much. I don't have a lot of trouble with math and language anymore. The last thing I love about going to Oxford Learning is that it keeps me caught up in school. Every class I get smarter and smarter. I am very happy that I came to Oxford Learning!"

Along with an emphasis in Business Management and Marketing, I also have extensive experience working with and relating to children of all ages. I decided that I wanted to pursue a career that would not only put my management skills to great use, but also provide assistance in the educational growth and development of children. This is what led me to Oxford Learning.
Oxford Learning holds a special place in my heart as I have young family members that have attended in the past. Over time I’ve watched their confidence grow, their attitudes improve and their grades increase significantly. I strongly believe in the program because I’ve seen first hand that it truly does work! There is nothing more rewarding than knowing you have had a hand in helping so many children achieve great academic and personal success. I love building relationships with our students and feel it is important for each child to feel that they are in a comfortable and safe environment while also incorporating a little fun into what they are learning about. In my free time, I enjoy seeing live music, sports and going to hockey games, being outdoors, doing fun activities with my niece and nephews and spending time with my family, friends and my pets.

Jessica Adamczyk
Education Coordinator
Hi, I'm Jessica! I am currently pursuing my teaching degree after graduating from McMaster with a BA in English.
Oxford Learning is the reason why I knew I wanted to become a teacher. After working with the great students who come here and seeing the progress they make, it really motivated me to start my teaching career. I am the Education Coordinator, but I also occasionally teach grades JK to 8 as well as the French students. Oxford Learning is a fantastic place for students to improve their grades, become more confident, and have fun while doing so. Oxford Learning has a way of teaching students skills to help them improve both in and out of school, with methods I've never seen before. I have seen countless students improve their skills and grades, and their confidence goes up because of this. Every time a student comes in excited to tell me what they got on a test I may have helped them study for, or an assignment they did well on, I love to celebrate with them and keep their momentum going!
In my spare time, I like to read, write, spend time with my family and friends; especially outdoors and especially with my dog (or any dog!)
