Oxford Learning in Richmond Hill (WEST) is looking for a very creative and passionate French teacher to teach French reading and writing to students from grades 1 to grade 12. This position is part-time starting now and will continue into the school year. Teachers are required to work after school hours and may also be required on Saturdays. Preference is for a French first language university student in year 3 or 4 who is studying to be a teacher.

I worked in Australia, Québec and throughout Ontario. I was head of the business department at Langstaff High School in Richmond Hill for 6 years and taught teacher training at York University and ESL at Laval University. I have extensive experience in leading and guiding teams of teachers to deliver excellence in educational curriculum. My expertise has taken me to Asia, in particular China and Korea, where I studied educational methods designed to enhance student success. Hello, my name is Melanie and I am an English teacher at Oxford Learning. I am currently in my fourth year at York University completing a BA in History and Social Science. After I graduate, I plan to attain a Bachelor of Education and pursue a professional career in teaching. I have volunteered in various educational environments, and have also worked as a private tutor and teacher's assistant. These opportunities have allowed me to share my love for working with children, and ultimately strengthen my passion for teaching. As a tutor at Oxford Learning, I would like to help my students build their self-confidence and develop a positive attitude towards learning. Hi, my name is Ragina. I have been with Oxford Learning Centre for ten years. I work in our Core and Little Readers Program. I graduated from York University with a Bachelor Degree in History and English. I am also a certified Montessori Teacher.
