I just wanted to send you something to show the progress Erica has made in MATH! Her father and I are beyond proud of her. We attribute her success this year to all the hard work she put and your staff put in to assisting her and improving her literacy skills. Her weekly word study tests have been great as well, her reading level has sky-rocketed since this time last year and her study habits have improved and continue to move in the right direction. My daughter has been going to Oxford since the summer of last year. She is in the Little Readers Program, which is for children 3 and up. Putting her in that program is the best decision I have ever made. It's so much different than a 'regular' preschool. She is going 2 mornings a week and she's been learning so much, from using scissors to recognizing all the consonants and now reading! The balance in learning and playing is great! I just wanted to let you know that Sebastian’s report card last week showed huge improvements with an average of 85%. He was very proud to bring it home to us and it brought tears to my eyes. I first became involved with Oxford Learning, Stoney Creek, when I put my older child in for summer Beyond Tutoring. In order to convince her to go, my little one did the Little Readers Program in the summer as well. That was 4 years ago. My eldest now attends tutoring throughout the year in the high school Advantage program and she even admits that she doesn't want to go without Oxford. Oxford Learning Stoney Creek is an excellent facility. The owners and staff are amazing and work so diligently with the kids. My children enjoy going. I wanted to pass on a compliment. I was having a conversation with a parent of Cathy's classmate. She was in a position to overhear the virtual learning they were doing. She commented how Cathy sounds like she is doing really good in school. Always offering more complicated sentences than the other kids! This is really all because of Oxford, so I wanted to pass it along.

I am very appreciative of the staff at Oxford and the support that they provide for my son. The regular 6-8 week meetings to get updates about his learning is wonderful. My son thrives on the positive praise and encouragement from his teachers at Oxford. The staff are knowledgable and answer the questions that I might have. I started my daughter at Oxford a few years ago in the En Français program and the difference is amazing. The teachers and owners are fantastic and my daughter never gives me a difficult time about attending her weekly sessions. I've also heard feedback from the teachers at her regular school about her improvement in reading and writing. My daughter is very confident and independent now with who she is and is very happy to have had the chance to attend the oxford Learning Centre in Stoney Creek. Our daughter first joined Oxford Learning in Stoney Creek in Grade One for one year to assist with reading. She learned the basics that are no longer taught in school, which gave her confidence and had her reading in no time. To date, she is an avid reader. In Grade Six, she read Hunger Games and Outsiders as her chosen books for language. In Grade Four, we noticed she was falling behind and lost confidence in math, and it was clear we would require the assistance and guidance of Oxford Learning to teach her and get her back on track with math. We are pleased with all the tricks, support, and confidence they have given her to get back and stay on track over the past few years. Thank you to all the staff and teachers throughout the years who have assisted our daughter with boosting her confidence and giving her the skills and techniques needed to be successful in school!
